"After my long-term relationship with an A+ rated insurance company, aggressive annual policy renewal rates prompted me to research alternative providers. Searching for quality and fairly-priced insurance coverage can be a bit overwhelming, because verifying provider corporate structure, financial stability and coverage costs / options is both critical and time consuming. "I spoke to Rick at Jean Works on the phone. I told him I was shopping for a new agent and company after over 40 years with same company. I told him what I wanted. I sent him my bills from brand X. he reviewed accounts, and I moved all my homes, Motorcycles, Snow Mobiles, jet Skis and trailers over. Came thru exactly as I wanted. "I had some insurance needs that had to be taken care of right away. I could not reach my previous insurer because they use an automated answering service. After several days I decided to call Jean. "Jean is amazing! I called for life insurance questions and she wasent even my insurance company. She found out everything I needed to know. I finally switched to Jean Works State Farm with Sara because I live in Lake Havasu City and can actually go in the office and talk face to face with my insurance provider ! Great group of people, great customer service and Fast Fast Fast, they got all my paperwork.. started... finished and up and running in hours! "I had been with my previous Insurance company for 20+ years and the rates just kept going up and up. They never once called to say they could help get me better rates. I contacted Jean Works office and was surprised that they not only saved me money they also got me the coverage I needed and wanted. I even had my mom switch over to Jean Works also. "We shopped around when our policy came up for renewal. Being from out of country it was difficult to locate a company to take us on. This office provided insurance at an excellent price without the red tape. And they will allow us to park our vehicle in the summer with comp only. Excellent service."

"I did some research because some family members had just switched to State Farm w/this office. I was surprised at how much more coverage(s) I could receive and for less money. I did quotes online. Mrs. Jean called to review all of my quotes, questions, and went over new coverage(s) line by line. Very knowledgeable, quick as possible, and friendly. All while saving $75 a month."
